i bought the pillow with the mattress and glad I did. They work together to align my body perfectly. No more knee pain or sinus congestion waking me in the night. Worth every cent!
It takes at least a week to "break it in". The mattress is hard the first few nights- I was advised by my sales person to walk on it- yes- stand on it and walk on it! it is essential in getting the mattress to the feel of the same you laid on.

Too early to comment because we just recently bought the bed but we are still adapting ourselves on its impact to our physical health and wellness. As we grow old, we want to pamper our body with comfort and that is basically what we are expecting on our new bed. And of course the durability of the bed hope it will last longer.
